Are Private Bathrooms available?

Yes, all one-bedroom apartments are designed with “In Suite” Bathrooms and Our two bedroom apartment comes with separate attached bathrooms to the Bedrooms.

When do the contract start and ends?

The standard term begins in August 3rd weeks and ends on August 2nd week. Alternative days also available - Please contact the leasing office.

Can I pay by Credit Cards?

Yes, Residents can pay online 24 hrs per day, by Credit Card or ACH Electronic Checking. Ark in the Valley also offers automatic payment either by Credit Card or Checking Account - Just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fee applied for Credit Card and Debit Card payments.

What are the policies on pets, smoking, and Guest?

The Ark In the Valley is a pet-friendly community, with some restrictions. All pets must be registered with management and a pet fee and deposit paid; dogs must be kept on leashes when outside. All Indoor areas of Ark in the Valley are smoke-free. Guests are welcome at all times, Overnight guests are welcome with limits on the number of days and guest . Guest parking is limited.
